C.L. Hebron Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Application Program Manager/Specialist to oversee release planning across multiple projects in a technology consulting environment.

You will coordinate calendars, define readiness criteria, and guide go/no-go decisions with stakeholders. You will partner with development, QA, and UAT teams to confirm scope, sequencing, and dependencies, while maintaining thorough release documentation and post-release reporting.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in release management, deployment coordination, or a related delivery role within software implementation or technology consulting environments
  • Proven understanding of SDLC, environment management, and change control processes
  • Experience with release or work-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams under time pressure
  • Experience managing multiple release schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience working with federal or state government agencies

T he scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Requirements

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory :

4+ years of experience in release management, deployment coordination, or a related delivery role within software implementation or technology consulting environments

ITIL certification

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Proven understanding of SDLC, environment management, and change control processes

Experience with release or work-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams under time pressure

Experience managing multiple release schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
