Job summary

Qlarant is seeking a Senior Manager to own the Program Integrity division within enterprise contracts, overseeing investigations, performance metrics, and compliance across programs. The role involves guiding teams and ensuring robust controls.

You will supervise investigative teams, coordinate with government agencies and external stakeholders, and drive improvements in fraud detection, controls, and reporting to ensure transparent and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8-11 years of experience required; 12-14 years preferred.
• Certification as CFE or Accredited Healthcare Anti-fraud Investigator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs program integrity investigations and compliance efforts.
• Monitors performance metrics and identifies process improvements.
• Liaises with government agencies, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Oversees day-to-day activities of investigative teams and reporting.
• Mentors staff and manages performance with regular feedback.
