The Program Integrator role supports program managers and leadership by monitoring program health, performing cross‑contract analyses, and preparing acquisition and management documents. The work requires TS/SCI clearance and deep proficiency with MS Excel for data reporting.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of combined DoD/IC program management, contract or financial management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field; PMP/CFCM/DAWIA preferred as alternatives.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills including pivot tables, slicers, and charts.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and summary reports on program elements to GPMs.
• Assist program managers with program documentation (SOWs, PMPs, risk plans).
• Create reports to support program management; track spend plans and funding.
• Attend reviews, support cost estimation, and monitor performance against baselines.
