Job summary

Synergy ECP, headquartered in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for a contract in Columbia, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II, and extensive IT systems and security experience.

Qualifications

Bachelornes degree in a technical discipline required; four years of additional SA experience may substitute.
Ten (10) years of SA experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity required.
Four (4) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) required.
Requires DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems and operations.
Coordinate configuration management and security controls with ISSO/ISO.
Support daily operations, monitoring, problem resolution across client/server/storage/network devices.
Implement patching and maintain patch status in systems of record.
Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
