Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Integrator for the NGSRl program, onsite in multiple U.S. locations. The role leads IPTs/CPTs, aligns with RLPM, and ensures day-to-day program execution with a focus on risk, cost, and schedule.

Strong collaboration with engineering, contracts, finance, and manufacturing is required. The candidate will manage relations with leadership, drive program performance metrics, and coordinate with the Short and Medium Range Ground Based Air Defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in program management or advanced degree with 5+ years in related field.
• Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems.
• Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet deadlines.
• Ability to mentor current and new CAMs and improve processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Aerospace/Defense industries.
• Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops program integration across IPTs and CPTs with engineering, contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and data management.
• Exhibits strong communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders at all leadership levels.
• Supports establishment of standards and an executable program baseline using Raytheon RLPM models and tools.
• Contributes to program risk/opportunity processes and financial planning.
• Manages monthly cadence and quarterly EACs, IMS, WebStatus, LRE, BCRs, VARs, and risk management.
• Prepares and maintains required documentation per RLPM and program policies.
• Tracks action items and ensures timely closure with owners.
• Develops situational awareness charts and performance metrics for program success.
