Job summary

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, seeks a Program Integrator, Level 3, for on-site work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Role focuses on managing funding, schedules, and contract processes for FY plans, requiring active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities include maintaining the annual work plan, funding research, I&L funding reporting, and liaison with budget leads and PMs. Education options exist for substitutions; strong Excel and Plan-It familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• In lieu of a degree, PMI PMP certification, CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III, plus 3 years related experience (total 15 years) may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 3 years of directly related experience (total 18 years) may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It preferred. Intermediate MS Excel proficiency required (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts).

• Conduct funding research (ARCHIBUS/FACTS) and track/report I&L funding status.
• Align and allocate customer incoming funds (execution authority).
• Maintain key data repositories (Confluence, Change Order tracking, shared drive).
• Coordinate with Project Managers and act as primary liaison to update funding/schedule status.
• Construction-contract expertise including Bottom-line Cost Estimates, Independent Government Cost Estimates, and contract award lifecycle.

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission

Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Education and Skill Requirements

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
