DCCA seeks a Program Integrator 2 to support a DoD/government program with emphasis on program management, contract and financial oversight. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph to support mission-critical work.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• In lieu of a degree, PMI PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level II plus 3 years related experience; total of 11 years may substitute.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years of related experience for a total of 13 years may substitute.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; tact and diplomacy preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts).
• Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.
• Active TS/SCI with poly is required.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus (required).
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, plus three (3) years of directly related experience (total of eleven (11) years) may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.
• Well‑developed interpersonal, written, and oral skills to communicate effectively at all levels; tact, discretion, diplomacy, and ability to elicit team synergy are preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.
• Active TS/SCI with poly is required.

Salary and Benefits

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $170,000 to $205,000. Final salary will be determined based on factors including experience.
