Supporting the DoD and Intelligence Community, you’ll help ensure programs stay aligned across cost, schedule, and performance—turning complexity into clarity for mission leaders.

Your Impact

You’ll support program execution from planning through delivery—ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders. Day‑to‑day, that can look like:

  • Supporting program managers in planning, tracking, and executing mission initiatives
  • Analyzing financial execution and budget data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Preparing reports, briefings, and dashboards to communicate program status and recommendations
  • Tracking cost, schedule, and performance to ensure programs stay on baseline
  • Coordinating with government stakeholders, contract managers, and financial teams
  • Assisting with resource planning, allocation, and tracking across program elements
  • Supporting development of program documentation, schedules, and acquisition artifacts
  • Monitoring contract execution and identifying anomalies or areas of concern
  • Conducting data analysis (e.g., Excel, pivot tables, reporting tools) to support decision‑making
  • Supporting risk assessments and helping evaluate technical and operational alternatives
  • Preparing materials for program reviews, status updates, and leadership briefings
  • Contributing to program reporting, including execution reports, staffing updates, and budget summaries
Qualifications
  • All positions require an active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Experience supporting program management, financial analysis, or acquisition activities
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience working with financial or program data
  • Experience using tools like Excel (e.g., pivot tables, reporting, data analysis)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support fast‑paced program environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support briefings and documentationA degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting government programs within the IC or DoD
  • Familiarity with program management or acquisition processes
  • Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, or financial tracking
  • Exposure to program management tools or reporting systems
  • Experience supporting program reviews or executive‑level briefings
