We are looking for the best and brightest program integrators with 8 or more years of experience to join our innovative IT team. Positions are located in various parts of Maryland, such as Columbia, Laurel, Linthicum, Annapolis Junctions, etc.

The Program Integrator will assist program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership by monitoring and reporting on program health, conducting holistic analysis across contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns. Responsibilities include producing analysis reports, drafting acquisition and program documents (e.g., TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans), preparing presentations, and supporting response to Investment Portfolio actions.

What You Will Get to Do:

Perform general program integrator duties as required.

Qualifications You Will Bring:
  • At least 8 years of combined experience in DoD program, contract, and/or financial management, with a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
  • Alternatively, a PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level II certification plus 3 years of related experience (total 11 years), with familiarity with Plan-It preferred.
  • Or, 13 years of related experience without certification, with proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts).

OR

  • 12 years of combined experience in DoD management fields plus a Bachelor's degree, with a substitute of certification and additional experience as specified for higher equivalence.
