Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Project Integrator at our McLean, VA site to deliver customer-focused projects across software, infrastructure, and operations teams. The role requires 10+ years in technical project management, TS/SCI with polygraph, and PMP certification.

You will tailor PM lifecycles for mission-critical environments and coordinate across multiple programs. Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and contractors are essential;

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, or equivalent combination.
• 10+ years of related technical project management experience.
• Experience with PM fundamentals using approved tools in software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Systems Engineering, Architecture, and networks.
• Experience linking software development to deployment pipelines for progress tracking.
• Strong cross-program communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience sharing knowledge to ensure team success.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements standards-based PM lifecycles tailored to this environment to ensure successful delivery of new applications and services.
• Assists with planning activities, including roadmaps and systems integration, and advises customers on workload.
• Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
• Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned tasks.
• Regularly collaborates with customers and contractors, including meeting coordination and support of PM plans, reports, and status briefings.
• Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary liaison.
• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and customer staff on behalf of the customer.
• Maintains alignment of project objectives with customer mission requirements.
