Job summary

BCT LLC in Maryland seeks a Program Integrator III with a strong DoD/IC program management background to monitor the health of programs and prepare execution reports. You will assist leaders, perform cross-program analysis, and draft essential program documents.

The role requires 12+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications, with opportunities for growth in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management is required.
• A bachelor's degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP certification, CFCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, plus three years of related experience may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two years of related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers, initiative leads, and leadership in monitoring and reporting program health.
• Perform cross-program analysis to support IP actions and execution reporting.
• Draft acquisition and program documents (SOWs, PMPs, risk plans, schedules, memorandums).
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and portfolio status.
