Job summary

MDH Network, Inc. is seeking a Program Instructor to support families in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule and hourly pay between $20.00 and $22.50, with opportunities to grow through training and development.

You will work with adults receiving in-home and community-based services, perform assessments, provide training, document progress, and collaborate with families and care teams to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• One (1) year of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or in the care of the medically fragile.
• A current driver’s license and California auto insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle to various community locations; company vehicle if available requires 21+.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initial and ongoing participant assessments and coordinate with families and support networks.
• Provide first-hand training and developmental support across activities such as health, grooming, mobility, job and personal skills, communications and coping skills.
• Document and report progress accurately and timely; advocate for treatment modifications and adaptive equipment as needed.
• Participate in required training, team meetings and company events to grow within the family-oriented environment.
