MDH Network, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This full-time role covers night shifts, supporting adults with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement.
• A valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance to drive to community locations, with company vehicle eligibility at 21+.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care (bathing, dressing, teeth brushing, etc.).
• Support daily routines and recreational activities in home and community settings.
• Transport participants to community activities and appointments as needed.
• Keep accurate progress notes and communicate changes with the team.
• Model and coach CARE values (compassion, adaptability, respect, empowerment).
