Job summary

National Children's Center, Inc. in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Program Instructor for an on-call, Monday–Friday 9am–4pm schedule. The role provides supervision, teaching, and support to adults with IDD in our Adult Day/Companion Care programs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to record electronic notes using Therap system.
• Two (2) years experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support during scheduled shift.
• Plan and implement daily activities aligned with person-centered goals.
• Maintain knowledge of support levels and care plans.
• Complete daily progress notes and data in Therap.
