Are you a creative, compassionate, and motivated individual looking to make a real impact in your community? Join Quality Connections as a Program Instructor in our innovative Day Treatment for Adults (DTA) program. Our educational and communication-centered program is designed to empower adults with developmental disabilities by promoting independence, skill-building, and personal growth through meaningful daily activities. This is not a typical caregiving position — we’re looking for individuals who bring creativity and flexibility into how they support and engage with those we serve. Whether it’s designing enrichment classes, introducing new ways to teach life skills, or finding unique ways to communicate and connect, your creativity will help transform lives.
This position is deeply rewarding for individuals who enjoy thinking outside the box and bringing new ideas to life. You’ll have the freedom to tailor your teaching approach, create engaging learning moments, and build real relationships that make a difference. Every day brings a chance to celebrate successes, encourage growth, and make someone’s life better — often in unexpected ways. Bring your creativity and compassion to a role where every day offers the opportunity to grow — both personally and professionally.
Quality Connections is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment for both employees and program participants. Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency, communication, and community involvement for individuals with disabilities. We value creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and organizational needs.
