Job summary

Qualifications

  • Considerable experience in general administrative and support activities.
  • Data processing and computer skills; proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting spaces such as Teams and Google platforms; strong written and oral communication.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team; tolerate interruptions in an open office.
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program and administrative support for Urban and Community Forestry, Watershed, and other DOF programs.
  • Handle purchasing, travel reservations and reimbursements; register for meetings/conferences.
  • Provide logistical and planning support for workshops, meetings, and trainings.
  • Assist with processing grant applications, agreements, payments, and invoices; maintain records.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports related to program updates and achievements.
