Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in program cost analysis (government contracting/manufacturing).
• Proven expertise in pricing and cost management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with Cost Point and Cognos preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for government programs.
• Prepare monthly spend plans to support forecasting and compliance.
• Support pricing strategies for all contract types.
• Analyze cost data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate across departments for timely financial reporting.
