Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance or project analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems required, SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated continuous learning mindset and collaborative team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance of Contract and Internal Research and Development portfolios.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, investigate variances.
• Act as the primary financial interface between program managers and leaders.
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and government contract requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting.
