Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space sector is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst in Chandler, AZ. This early-career role focuses on program financial analysis, earned value management, EACs, and support for internal controls and audits.

You will work with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to deliver timely, accurate financial data and comply with IPMR/IPMDAR reporting requirements. The role offers onsite work in Chandler with 10% travel and a path to develop EVMS, baselining, and variance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with 0-2 years of related experience.
Majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance with U.S. citizenship.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Support program Earned Value Management in line with IPMR/IPMDAR reporting requirements.
Assist with baseline efforts including Initial Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) using earned value analysis.
Compile financial data with variance analysis and forecasts.
Provide support for internal and external compliance audits.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management.
