Continental Electronics Corporation (CEC) is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Analyst to lead program finance activities in a high-tech manufacturing setting with a strong government contracting focus. You will oversee multiple programs and collaborate with Program Management, Scheduling, Engineering and Operations to ensure sound financial oversight.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, Deltek/Oracle EPM reporting, and rigorous cost, schedule, and risk monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in program finance.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M).
• Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across department.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Continental Electronics Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc., seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead program finance activities. This role will be responsible for program-level financial oversight, supporting a high-tech manufacturing environment with a strong focus on government contracting. Senior Program Analyst will oversee multiple programs within the business and collaborate closely Program Management, Scheduling, Engineering, and Operations. This person will be a key resource reporting to the Senior Finance Program Manager.

Responsibilities

Pay may range from $106,800 to $112,700 annually

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

• Base salary is one component of your total rewards package.
• You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
