Continental Electronics Corporation, a subsidiary of OSI Systems, invites a seasoned Finance professional to lead FP&A activities as Senior FP&A Analyst in a high-tech manufacturing setting with government contracting focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M).
• Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive rolling forecasts monthly and annual budget planning.
• Support Corporate FP&A to ensure timely and complete forecasts and budgets.
• Develop and improve reporting on operational performance, revenue, inventory, and inter‑company transactions.
• Provide timely, accurate financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to define and track KPIs.
• Manage Time Tracking System, validate time cards, post entries, and training.
• Support FD and senior management with ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Continental Electronics Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc., seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead Financial Planning activities. This role will be responsible for FP&A oversight, supporting a high‑tech manufacturing environment with a strong focus on government contracting. The Senior FP&A Analyst will be a right‑hand person to the divisional Group Controller.

Responsibilities

• Drive the preparation of rolling forecasts on a monthly basis and the annual budget planning process. Establish departmental budgets, ensure accuracy of cost collection and drive accountability across functional areas
• Provide support to the Corporate FP&A team as required, to ensure forecasts and budgets are delivered on time, complete, well‑considered and understood and in line with business strategic plans
• Develop, maintain and improve the suite of reporting, ensuring that it is easy to digest, with focus on the key areas of operational performance, revenue, inventory, project accounting and inter‑company transactions
• Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor operational performance facilitating informed strategic decision‑making. Enhancing and developing first class metrics to monitor performance, delivering and reviewing information with cost center managers
• Work with cross‑functional teams to define and track Key performance indicators. Identifying opportunities for improvement through financial analysis
• Responsible for the Time Tracking System which includes, validating time card submissions, posting time cards, managing corrections and training
• Ad‑hoc reporting and duties to support the FD and the senior management team and any reasonable duty as requested by your manager

Benefits

Pay may range from $120,000 to $134,000 annually. The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job‑related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long‑term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
