Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars to align business priorities, including scheduling for the Field Service Department.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement requests.
  • Support execution of key engineering initiatives by tracking priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, staff meetings, and offsites (agenda development, materials, notes, action tracking).
  • Drive follow-ups on action items and ensure alignment across Engineering leadership.
  • Assist with headcount tracking and quarterly/annual planning cycles.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication and follow-through.
  • Assist in preparing materials for business reviews, leadership updates, customer visits, etc.
  • Assist in analyzing basic data and synthesizing information for leadership decision-making.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation in partnership with finance teams.

The Engineering Administrative Assistant provides dedicated, high-level support to the Senior Director of Engineering, acting as a strategic partner in helping manage priorities, communications, and operational execution. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. The ideal candidate excels at managing complexity, anticipating needs, and enabling the engineering leaders to focus on critical business objectives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Pay may range from $28.46 - $40.67 hourly

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). OSI also offers comprehensive benefits including various options for health plans, access to 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, disability insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, leave of absence programs and an array of voluntary benefits.
