Job Summary
Program Finance Systems Analyst II – Supports a high visibility, complex aerospace and defense program as part of a major Earned Value Management (EVM) effort. You will administer, maintain, and optimize the organization’s Integrated Program Management (IPM) business systems, working closely with finance and scheduling teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide intermediate-level administration and maintenance of IPM business software.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of IPM software products.
- Understand and address end‑user needs to deliver quality IPM solutions.
- Manage user/role‑based security and provide user support.
- Collaborate with application team members and users to ensure effective use of IPM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve more complex system‑related issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end‑users to enhance understanding of IPM software.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure accurate records.
Qualifications – Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related field (or substitute experience if no degree).
- Experience in Deltek Cobra and other Integrated Program Management software solutions.
- Strong facilitation skills to address complex IT and business stakeholder concerns.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
Qualifications – Preferred
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Advanced knowledge of IPM software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to resolve advanced Cobra troubleshooting and administration requests.
- Independent work ability to fulfill requested changes, enhancements, and updates to existing processes and tools.
- Documenting technical requirements and functional use of enterprise business applications (Deltek Cobra).
- Understanding of Program Management processes, DoD government contracting, GAAP, and CAS.
- Knowledge of program finance processes, procedures, and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Deltek PPM software, Encore Analytics, Midnite Dynamics, and SSI Tools.
Essential Functions
- Work in an office or hybrid environment.
- Work on a computer for extended periods and demonstrate strong hand/finger dexterity.
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional travel for training or meetings.
Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
