The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Program Finance Manager to support its Civil Systems Group (CSG). This position provides leadership in all areas of program analytics, financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities. Specific responsibilities include direct delivery analysis, government customer interaction, tracking of funding, annual and multi-year budgeting, development of financial forecasts and planning scenarios, development and implementation of financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and capital expenditure planning, and improvements in financial and business processes as prescribed by the CSG Group CFO. This position serves as a trusted financial advisor to all levels of the CSG Division, providing the financial data, trends analysis, and predictive analytics the corporation needs to deliver its value proposition to customers and to meet its goals. This role works closely with the CSG Group CFO to ensure a consistent vision and implementation of financial policies, practices, and processes throughout The Aerospace Corporation.
This is a full-time position based in either our Crystal City or Chantilly, VA location, offering a hybrid work model that combines 4 days onsite work and remote flexibility as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or CPA, experience in FAR contracting, knowledge of cost standards, or prior experience in research or FFRDC environments. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.
