Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field or have completed degree in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs).
• Set up, validate and generate complex invoices to various customers.
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per contract terms.
• Daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform required invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits; participate in process improvements.
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field
