Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities

• Handle financial functions related to proposals and program execution
• Set up, validate and generate complex invoices for various customers
• Ensure invoices are processed timely per contract terms
• Provide daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance
• Perform invoice and accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy
• Support internal and external audits and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Assist cash application through research and reconciliation
