Qualifications

• Education typically includes high school or equivalent; technical diploma or associate's degree favored; 5–7 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems, analyze symptoms, and propose solutions with context.
• Exchange factual information with directors, supervisors, and employees outside the unit.
• Advise or counsel managers, directors, and staff as needed.
• Lead or facilitate meetings occasionally and prepare internal documents.
• Plan work for self and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
