Job summary

Family Connections, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Program Evaluator to collect, analyze, and report data to assess the effectiveness of program services. The role reports to the Director of Quality and collaborates with program staff to develop, maintain, and report on process and outcome data.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), program evaluation experience, proficiency with EHR, Salesforce, Alchemer, and data analysis software. Salary range $52,000–$57,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Program evaluation experience required.
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proficiency with EHRs, spreadsheets, databases, online survey tools, and analysis software.
• Public health, youth mental health or substance use experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director of Quality to develop, maintain and report on process and outcome data.
• Collect, input, update, and manage data across platforms (EHR, Salesforce, Alchemer) ensuring data integrity.
• Support qualitative and quantitative data analysis of care/quality measures.
• Analyze, evaluate and measure program outcomes for sustainability and planning.
• Develop and provide recommendations for rapid cycle QI (PDSA).
• Create evaluation reports and share with stakeholders.
