Job summary

ROADS TO SUCCESS INC. seeks a Program Director to lead a Bronx-based RTS site, ensuring high-quality youth development and compliance while supervising staff under the Director of Program Operations.

You will manage daily operations, enrollment, safety, and partnerships with schools and families, maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment. The role emphasizes equity, inclusion, and strong program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years in youth development or related programs.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating program operations.
• Familiarity with DYCD/DOE/DOHMH or similar requirements is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of the assigned program site.
• Ensure consistent implementation of RTS standards and youth development practices.
• Maintain a safe, organized, inclusive environment and supervise staff.
• Manage staffing, attendance, meals, and dismissal procedures.
• Collaborate with school partners, families, and the Director of Program Operations.
