Job summary

WestCare Foundation seeks a program leader to oversee the SSG Fox initiative, providing clinical and administrative leadership to deliver comprehensive support for veterans and at-risk individuals.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary care, supervise staff, develop training, ensure quality assurance, and maintain grant and contract compliance while advancing suicide prevention and veteran care within the Zero Suicide framework.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in suicide prevention.
• Four years’ experience working with Veterans and families.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the SSG Fox program.
• Coordinate client care with multidisciplinary teams and promote inter-organizational collaboration.
• Develop staff training and annual training calendar; arrange for ongoing education.
• Implement Quality Assurance and Utilization Review systems for the treatment program.
• Monitor compliance with standards, regulations, and grant requirements; prepare comprehensive reports.
• Conduct community outreach to engage veterans and service members; assist in navigation of services.
