Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Program Director for the Chase Center program in Waterbury, CT.

The role oversees health, safety, and security of residents and staff, directs staffing, budgeting, and compliance, and leads trauma-informed, outcomes-driven services to support successful community re-entry. The Director will ensure policy development, collaboration with funders, and alignment with contract requirements while fostering an inclusive, safe, and rehabilitative environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social service or criminal justice with experience requirement.
• Management and supervision of staff experience required.
• Ability to engage and develop collaborative relationships with funders and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program health, safety, and security for residents and staff.
• Lead recruitment, supervision, evaluations, and staff development.
• Manage program budget, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality assurance.
• Record keeping, reporting, and liaison with funders and community partners.
