Job summary

JCC Association of North America is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the Center for Talent Development, forecasting strategy, design, and continuous improvement across Mercaz and a new middle-management program. The role reports to the Vice President, Talent Development, and works in a hybrid New York City setting with North American impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years of program management or leadership development experience.
• Experience in nonprofit/Jewish communal contexts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mercaz Training Center strategy and portfolio, including in-person, virtual, and field-based delivery.
• Design curricula, learning arcs, and evaluation plans; oversee faculty and program staff.
• Develop middle-management leadership program and establish success measures.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to expand talent development initiatives.
• Represent JCC Association externally and ensure high-quality, engaging professional development experiences.
