JCC Association of North America invites an experienced Program Director to lead the Center for Talent Development in designing and delivering leadership development and professional learning across the JCC Movement. This is a pivotal role in shaping long-term growth and impact for North America's Jewish community centers.

Based in New York City with a hybrid work model, the position oversees the Mercaz Training Center and a new Movement-wide leadership program for middle managers, while

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and managing complex programs from concept through execution.
• Experience designing learning experiences for adult professionals, especially leadership development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and launch of a Movement-wide middle management development program.
• Develop curriculum, learning arc, and online/in-person learning experiences.
• Evaluate outcomes and report on participant growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with VP and Executives across JCC Association.
