Job summary

JCC Association in New York, NY, seeks a Program Manager for the JCC Maccabi program. You will provide high-level administrative, operational, and programmatic support, coordinating trainings, mentorships, and collaborations across host communities.

Ideal candidates are organized, people-facing professionals with strong written skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with great attention to detail.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• Ability to travel up to 15-20 percent of the time.
• Independent and collaborative; able to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRMs/databases, survey software, and basic website design tools.
• College graduate; two or more years of professional experience.
• Nonprofit/JCC Maccabi involvement a plus; unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support delegations with trainings and resources.
• Coordinate DH mentor/mentee program.
• Design, manage, and deliver DH and coach trainings and webinars.
• Assist in developing partnerships and collaborations.
• Develop curriculum for Teen International Leadership Board.
• Develop and deliver program surveys and evaluation strategies.
• Support cross-functional collaboration within JCC Association departments.
• Oversee logistics for registration, travel, uniforms and sport-specific roles.
• Provide on-the-ground support during JCC Maccabi events.
• Communicate with host communities, delegation heads, coaches, parents and staff to ensure a positive experience.
