The role reports to the Academic Dean and involves teaching up to 16 college-level Surgical Technology courses annually, plus program planning, accreditation support, and a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Current Surgical Technology certification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Surgical Technology.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 16 college-level courses annually within the Surgical Technology curriculum.
• Oversee daily operations of the Surgical Technology program and schedule courses.
• Supervise and support adjunct faculty and promote instructional excellence.
• Support accreditation, program assessment, and student success initiatives.
