Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership roles in healthcare or related field.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards (Joint Commission preferred).
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for clinical, recovery, and program staff.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing team members.
• Foster a trauma-informed, accountable, and mission-aligned workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.
• Direct daily program operations to ensure safety, quality, and consistency of care.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure evidence-based, individualized treatment delivery.
• Support staffing plans, scheduling, and program-level operational needs.
• Collaborate with ARS leadership to support census growth and continuity of care.
