Job summary

Alpha is hiring educational consultants to build a coaching culture for K-8 students. You will develop Guides, run life-skills workshops, and use data to drive improvements. You’ll also manage a student cohort and model coaching excellence.

This full-time, on-site role offers relocation support and six-figure pay. You’ll work across Dallas, Oklahoma City, Austin, and Fort Worth, shaping a bold, student-centered education model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or a related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults, with authority to select and terminate.
• Track record of building or growing a program, team, school, or initiative.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to diagnose problems and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
