Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• 10+ years of experience launching, scaling, and leading programs and platforms.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, build from zero to launch, and drive outcomes.
• Strong project and program management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders including external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch of VIA Journeys, including pilots, workflows, and participant experiences.
• Translate strategic direction into executable plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure VIA Journeys moves from idea to active implementation with momentum and clarity.
• Design and manage pilots that validate value, feasibility, and program design.
• Coordinate pilot partners, churches, advisors, and ministry leaders.
• Define and track operational, learning, and pilot metrics; provide dashboards and insights.
• Supervise any part-time or full-time personnel assigned to VIA Journeys.
