Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; B.A. in Special Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience required and one year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Must have a driver’s license valid in New Jersey with points not to exceed 5.
• Must be willing to drive agency vehicles to transport service recipients.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services to residents and uphold agency philosophy.
• Interview, hire, supervise, and schedule staff for high-quality care.
• Plan/coordinate Individualized Service Plans (ISP) with Support Coordinator and oversee implementation and documentation.
• Manage administration tasks: payroll review, petty cash, client funds, and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state standards, and agency policies; assist with home management and health monitoring.
