Job summary

Vinfen seeks a Program Director to oversee ACCS GLE/SIE operations, ensuring integration of PS into the community and supervision of residential staff. The role emphasizes licensing compliance, budget oversight, and coordination with clinical leadership.

The position requires strong leadership, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches, and on-call responsiveness to support residents and staff across Massachusetts sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; substitution allowed with relevant experience.
• One year minimum in progressive human services roles; management experience preferred.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle to transport Persons Served.

Responsibilities

• Promote engagement, housing permanency and community tenure for all Persons Served (PS).
• Manage the site’s systems, regulations, quality initiatives, and intakes/discharges.
• Collaborate with Housing Coordinator to facilitate transitions to and from the group site.
• Ensure non-clinical Treatment Plan interventions are completed as directed.
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned.
