Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an ACCS Program Director to oversee the clinical, financial and administrative operations of a GLE/SIE program. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, ensure regulatory compliance and promote recovery‑oriented, trauma-informed care within the residence.

The role requires a human services degree, one year of experience in progressive roles, and a focus on community integration and person‑centered planning. CPR/First Aid may be required; MAP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required; experience may substitute in some cases.
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner credential preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in progressively responsible human services functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, financial and administrative operations of the ACCS program.
• Ensure DMH licensing adherence and Medication Administration Program policies.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate residence staff; provide performance feedback and corrective action as needed.
• Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, person-centered approaches and evidence-based practices.
