St. Mary's Health Care System - Athens is seeking a Program Director for the Inpatient Rehabilitation program.
This leadership role oversees administration, clinical operations, and financial performance to deliver high quality patient care and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, develop budgets and strategic plans, oversee staff development, monitor performance metrics, and represent the program in internal and external meetings.

St. Mary's Inpatient Rehabilitation offers transitional inpatient therapy and education for those with physical disabilities resulting from injury or illness. Our CARF-accredited center helps patients maximize function and independence while preparing them for their return home. The Inpatient Rehabilitation is a team of healthcare professionals working together to serve people with functional disabilities, their families, and the community, along with St Mary's Health Care System. We are helping our patients reach their full potential for independent living through education, therapeutic activities, and quality medical care.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required; master's preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration.
License: Valid clinical license as applicable by state.
