Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in rehabilitation leadership or clinical administration.
• Valid clinical license as applicable by state (e.g., State RN license).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program ensuring high clinical quality and financial stability.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff with ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to treatment standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, operational goals, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure continuous compliance with federal, state, and accreditation agency regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison and representative for the rehab program in internal and external meetings.
