Brigham and Women's Hospital's Resnek Family Center for PSC Research seeks a Program Director to lead strategy, fundraising, and operations for a globally recognized PSC program. Qualifications

• Program management experience 8-10+ years
• Team leadership experience 1-2 years
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse patient populations

Responsabilités

• Spearhead the Resnek Center program strategy with the PI and center director across MGB and DOM.
• Develop and manage funding and partnerships to sustain center growth and impact.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications.
• Identify fundraising opportunities and engage major donors including family philanthropy.
• Build and lead a growing, high‑performing team aligned with MGB policies and governance.
• Drive long‑term financial sustainability through philanthropy, grants, and partnerships.
