Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

Lensa, a leading career site, is assisting Molina Healthcare in recruiting professionals for the role of Program Director.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams, delivering products from design to completion. This includes planning schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing project execution. The role may involve engaging external vendors and supervising system analysis and program staff. The focus is on project/program management rather than specialized technical expertise. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, experience in portfolio and project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. Responsibilities also include managing strategic relationships and overseeing operational and strategic portfolios.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from senior leadership
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Escalate implementation and compliance issues to senior management

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
