Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception through delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, rather than specialized functional expertise, although technical team members may be involved. The position requires strong leadership, governance skills, and experience presenting to C-level executives. Must be adept at managing multiple priorities, handling ambiguity, and driving organizational structure and decision-making. Responsible for overseeing strategic and operational portfolios and managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, including issue escalation and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Identify and escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans levels

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience

7-9 years

Preferred Education

Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, including State Master Files and advanced Excel skills with large data sets

Preferred Certifications

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
