Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

We are seeking a Program Director responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams. The role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and delivery from inception to completion. The candidate may also oversee external vendors and technical staff. This position emphasizes project and program management skills over specialized technical expertise, although technical team members may be involved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from senior leadership.
2. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Provider Data Operations and lead programs to meet critical needs.
3. Identify and escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance.
4. Develop business cases and strategies for programs, collaborating with various units.
5. Present to C-level executives and manage strategic relationships.
6. Handle issue escalation and resolution processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience; 10+ years preferred, especially in Provider Data Operations.
• Experience with State Master Files and advanced Excel skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL are preferred.

Additional Information
