Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

This role involves managing internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams, delivering products from design to completion. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing budgets, overseeing project delivery, and coordinating with external vendors. The position requires strong project and portfolio management skills, experience in strategic governance, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from senior leadership.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Provider Data Operations and lead programs to meet critical needs.
• Identify and escalate implementation and compliance gaps.
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategies.
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Required Experience: 7-9 years in Provider Data Operations.
• Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Preferred Experience: 10+ years in Provider Data Operations, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL.
