Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception to delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, with responsibilities including governance across operational and strategic portfolios, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance
• Develops business case methodologies and strategies
• Collaborates across units at corporate and Molina Plans

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience

7-9 years

Preferred Education

Graduate degree or equivalent experience

10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, including State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large datasets

Preferred Licenses/Certifications
