JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors projects from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. The primary focus of these positions is project/program management, rather than applying expertise in a specialized functional field, although technical team members may be involved.
Senior Program Management Professional responsible for overall governance across all operational and strategic project portfolios. Requires strong management and leadership skills, comfort in presenting to C-level executives, and the ability to drive structure and organization. Extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies is essential. Must be able to quickly assimilate information, make informed decisions, and handle multiple priorities and ambiguity. Provides oversight over strategic and operational portfolios and manages strategic relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT. Also manages issue escalation and resolution processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7-9 years.
Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills handling large data sets.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience.

Pay Range: $80,412 - $156,803 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
